If you purchase(d) it here: Except for the few transactions that I have made over
the years in which support was not included in the purchase price, all products
I sell
include a reasonable level of phone support. If I am asked to provide you with items
I am not prepared to support, or if support will cost extra, I will let you know. For the
most part, if you have a problem, or just want some advice, give me a call. You might take
a look at the manual before calling.
If you purchase(d) it elsewhere: Just because I didn't sell it doesn't mean I can't support it, but please don't be naive - if you ask me for help with something purchased elsewhere, it is reasonable to expect to pay for help.
